Reasons for the walk-through:  

1. Make sure any repairs that were agreed to by the seller are completed. 

2. Make sure the property is in the same condition as when you purchased it. 

3. If the seller agreed to deliver the property vacant at closing, we verify that. 

4. We, You and me, verify that the seller left all personal property, refrigerator, washer/dryer, or other items that seller agreed to leave.
