What most San Diego home sellers don't do...BUT SHOULD DO...the first 7-10 days of selling your home
The first 7-10 days of your homecoming on the market is critical for your success. Here are our steps after selling 1000+ homes in San Diego County.

Step 1: Pre-market home. Make sure the photos and everything looks good and your are ready to make a great first impression. (Photos, staging, site syndication).

Step 2: Get on the market on Thursday. If you list it Monday, it may get lost in the shuffle and it is hard to stretch out showings from motivated buyers from Monday to Friday. They may lose interest before they see it.

Step 3: Filter the showings to a specific time and day, ex. Saturday at 1 PM to create buyer demand and auction effect.

Bonus Tip: This will only work if buyers feel your home is a good value compared to other competing homes. So price it against competing homes and comps.
