The two biggest questions I get from clients are 1. Will San Diego homes still sell? 2. How will you protect me? Namely my safety and my equity.
 
Yes homes will still sell: Even though I expect that home buying will be impacted moving forward, it's important to keep things in perspective and remember that homes will sell.
The graph below shows that the lowest number of listing sold during the past 20 years was in 2007 with 25,509 listings sold.
 
Protecting your SAFETY: Virtual showings, remote signing, video interaction. When we are able to show again, here are some protocols. Qualify the heck out of clients before showing the home. This seems like the best way- view video tour first, financials next, then accompany buyer and not allow more than one person at a time. Clorox wipes, air-out and disinfect the home.
