Home Sales Up in Mar 2020!
Sales increased 23.7% from the month before and were down 6.4% year-over-year.
Prices improved in Mar 2020 with the median price climbing 0.4% from the previous month, up 9.3% compared to last year. The average price rose 4.2%, a yearly gain of 15.5%.
Inventory fell 4.5% from last month and was up 1.2% year-over-year. Click here to see all the charts, graphs, and stats for your area.
There are two reasons I see prices continuing to be high: 1. Low supply/inventory (not many homes on the market). 2. Low mortgage interest rates. I am seeing rates as low as 3.25%.
