What’s the difference between the speed of the market and days on the market?
In this example, it’s called expected market time. Anyways, it shows cooling off a bit, which is attributable to mortgage rates up this week.
SD inventory was up 4% week over week, and demand was down 5%. Expected Market Time increased from 46 to 51 days.
