How will the election impact San Diego home prices

Interestingly, prices went up in seven of the last eight elections. The only exception was the 2008/2009 financial crisis.

That means there's an 88% chance of home prices going up regardless of who wins.  See vlog.

This is valuable information if you're considering buying or selling and trying to determine the right time.

Although prices have technically been up since 2022, they remained relatively flat once the mortgage rates went up from 3% to almost 8%.

If you're considering selling, remember that it is a normal market where your home will sell if it looks nice, is priced right, and is marketed properly.

If you're considering buying, consider doing it now to settle before the buying season starts. It's no fun to buy when there's a frenzy like the one predicted for 2025.
